The merino wool that you can get in our store is very soft, warm and cozy. The yarn is very thick and always looks great. It’s silky and not itchy, so you can be sure that it won’t irritate your skin.

Please remember that the size of the blanket will also depend on a chosen pattern and knitting style. Don’t tighten the yarn too much while knitting it will only harden the blanket and make it much smaller. Your blanket will be nice and soft in touch if you knit your stitches loosely. Don’t be afraid to use your arms – arm knitting is FUN :)!

WASHING & CARE
Please unravel the yarn very gently. Unlike the regular thin yarn – when working with chunky merino wool it’s crucial to unravel all the yarn before you start knitting because if you pull it while it’s on the skein or yarn ball – it might fall apart.
Remember to dry clean only. Please use professional dry-cleaner.
Merino Wool is a very soft and delicate material. Please note that like with every wool the slight shedding of fibers is normal and not indicative of any defect. It will last long with proper care and the shedding will decrease over time.
We strongly recommend to use our products as a cover only (like a blanket or a throw).
